Things Worth Mentioning

HOME

I worked on HOME, a PC game developed during my studies, where the player controls an AI tasked with terraforming Mars using nanorobots, while being challenged by a former AI. The game, created with a team of 10 people using UnrealEngine, was based on scientific research. My role included game design and programming.

Chapter 22

Chapter 22 is a science-fiction first-person shooter game prototype, based on "A Clockwork Orange." It was a Semester, made with Unity3D by a team of four in 20 weeks. As game designer, programmer, and project manager, I led the team in creating a thought-provoking and action-packed gaming experience that explores the worth of humaneness in a dystopian future.

Oddy

As the Level Designer for "Oddy - and the Search for the Source," I created immersive and challenging levels for this cooperative asyncronous VR and app game. Players must work together to overcome obstacles and progress through treacherous environments while discovering the importance of teamwork and collaboration. The five players are challenged individually and as a team to overcome puzzles and obstacles, making "Oddy - and the Search for the Source" an exciting and engaging experience.

PANMI Team Lead

As the team leader of the Paranormal team within the Panmi Orga's LARP (Live Action Role Playing) community, I am responsible for leading a team of 5 individuals in creating engaging and immersive experiences for our players. This involves crafting intricate stories and scenarios that allow our players to delve into the world of the paranormal and discover its secrets. Working closely with my team, I ensure that our events are well-structured, well-executed, and ultimately, enjoyable for all involved. By combining my leadership skills with my passion for LARPing, I am able to help create unforgettable moments that keep our players coming back for more.

MAXIMUM TOD

I worked as a game designer and programmer on "MAXIMUM TOD", an asynchronous sidescrolling game for two players. The game was created in just 48 hours by a team of 15 people using Unity3D and was based on the theme "same same but different". In the game, one player controls a suicidal rabbit while the other player tries to prevent its death, creating a unique and challenging gameplay experience.

NozzleDozzle

is a VR tower-defense game prototype that won a GameJam competition hosted by Microsoft in 2016. The game was created by a team of four people within 24 hours using Unity3D. As the player, you collect randomly spawned resources and build defense towers to defend against the also randomly spawning towers. My role in the project was game design, project management, and physics programming.

Ecosystems 2 | Unkongress

Pitching my Master’s Thesis topic (Regarding the use of digitalization in therapy and its therapeutic application on the example of Parkinson's disease) I was able to impress the attendants of the Ecosystem 2 | Unkongress with the relevance of the topic, that I was awarded the third place.

Vodafone Giga Car

For this project, I took on team management responsibilities and was also part of the design and development team.
The Vodafone Giga Car was a VR multisensory experience that showcased the possibilities of automated driving with 5G mobile data connectivity and allowed the audience to experience an autonomous drive as it will be possible with 5G technology.
